Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in flour, salt, and almond extract until well combined.
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Make an indentation in the center of each cookie with your thumb or the back of a spoon.
