- 10 fresh red chili peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of white vinegar
Instructions
- Remove the stems from the chili peppers and chop them roughly.
- Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped chili peppers and minced garlic to the saucepan.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the white vinegar to the saucepan and simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.
- Transfer the cooled mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Store the spicy pepper sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to two weeks.
