  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of corn kernels
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  • Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sriracha sauce to the broth.
  • Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • Once the noodles are cooked, add the green onion, mushrooms, and corn.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the ramen soup hot, topped with sliced boiled eggs.
