- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of corn kernels
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sriracha sauce to the broth.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Once the noodles are cooked, add the green onion, mushrooms, and corn.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the ramen soup hot, topped with sliced boiled eggs.

- Adjust the amount of sriracha sauce for more or less heat.
