- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili paste
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
Instructions
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste to the broth.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Once noodles are cooked, drain and add them to the broth.
- Slice the boiled egg in half and place it on top of the soup.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
