  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1/4 cup of sliced green onions

Instructions

  • In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  • Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste to the broth.
  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  • Once noodles are cooked, drain and add them to the broth.
  • Slice the boiled egg in half and place it on top of the soup.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions.
