Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Spoon cheesecake filling over the crust in each serving cup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and a dollop of strawberry jam.
