  • For the crust:
    • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    • 3 tablespoons melted butter
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • For the cheesecake filling:
    • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • For the topping:
    • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
    • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  • Spoon cheesecake filling over the crust in each serving cup.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and a dollop of strawberry jam.
