The florets from 1 medium to large head of cauliflower (about 1 ¼ – 1 ½ lbs)
Instructions

Preheat the Oven – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Sauce – In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, sriracha, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.

Prepare the Cauliflower – Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Notes
Adjust the sriracha to suit your spice tolerance.
For extra crispy cauliflower, roast it for a few extra minutes or broil for the last 2 minutes.
