Description

This Ultimate Fruit Salad is the perfect refreshing treat, packed with vibrant, juicy fruits and topped with a sweet honey-lime dressing. It’s the ideal side dish for summer gatherings, picnics, or just as a healthy snack. Full of natural sweetness and a hint of citrus, this salad will be a crowd-pleaser every time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes (halved if large)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 orange (peeled and segmented)
  • 1 apple (diced)
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1 kiwi (peeled and sliced)

For the dressing:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruit:
Wash and prepare all the fruits: slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, dice the apple, and slice the banana and kiwi. Segment the orange and cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
  • Mix the fruits together:
In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits and gently toss them together.
  • Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest (if using) until smooth and well combined.
  • Toss the salad with dressing:
Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently to coat all the fruits with the honey-lime mixture.
  • Serve and enjoy:
Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving for a cooler, refreshing treat.

Notes

  • Feel free to swap out fruits depending on what’s in season or your personal preferences—mango, peaches, or pomegranate seeds make great additions!
  • If you want to make it even sweeter, you can add a little extra honey or a dash of orange juice to the dressing.
  • This fruit salad is best served fresh, but it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 days.
