Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, frozen

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 12 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

  • ½ cup ice cubes (adjust for desired texture)


Instructions

  • Brew & Chill Coffee: Brew strong coffee and let it cool (or use cold brew).
