Description

These soft and fluffy White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Donuts are infused with rich white chocolate and fresh strawberries, offering a sweet, creamy treat that’s perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the milk, melted white chocolate, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
  • Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.
  • Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Be sure not to overmix the batter, as it can result in dense donuts.
  • You can drizzle more melted white chocolate on top of the cooled donuts for extra sweetness.
  • For a stronger strawberry flavor, you can add a few tablespoons of strawberry puree to the batter.
