- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk, melted white chocolate, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Be sure not to overmix the batter, as it can result in dense donuts.
- You can drizzle more melted white chocolate on top of the cooled donuts for extra sweetness.
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, you can add a few tablespoons of strawberry puree to the batter.
