Instructions

  • Preheat the oven:
    Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it’s heating to ensure a crispy crust.

  • Prepare the pizza dough:
    Roll out the pizza dough on a surface dusted with a little cornmeal to prevent sticking. Aim for a 12-inch round pizza shape, or adjust the size according to your preference.

  • Add the olive oil and garlic:
    Brush the rolled-out dough with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil, ensuring an even layer. Sprinkle the finely grated garlic over the oil for an aromatic base.

  • Season the pizza:
    Sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper over the dough to taste.

  • Add the cheeses:
    Evenly scatter the torn fresh mozzarella over the dough. Add spoonfuls of ricotta cheese across the pizza and finish by sprinkling the freshly grated Parmesan on top.
