- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup spinach leaves (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing on wraps)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
- Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic with a tablespoon of olive oil (or butter).
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. In the center of each tortilla, evenly distribute the sliced chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, and a drizzle of the garlic-oil mixture.
- If using spinach, add a handful to each wrap.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and roll them tightly to create a wrap.
- Brush the outside of the wraps with melted butter or olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder if desired.
- Place the wraps on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with a side of dipping sauce like ranch or marinara.
