  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the buffalo sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a baking dish, spread a layer of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom.
  • Top with a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture.
  • Repeat the layers, ending with a final layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and become bubbly.
